"Hi Dianne, I just wanted to email and thank you for everything that you did for Sarah's hen doo.  From the moment that you and I made contact for the booking, you seemed to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve for Sarah.  You installed confidence right away that you would deliver on everything that we discussed and you certainly did.  It was an easy process from start to finish, which is ideal when trying to organise a hen doo!  Meeting you and Claire on the day was great - you were so much fun by joining in with our silliness and were an absolute pleasure to have around.  The fact that you both offered to help with the running of the party was a godsend, thank you.  As for the afternoon tea - the set up of the table was incredible, the food was delicious and there was plenty of it - perfect!!
